Ruth Fehr is a chef, speaker, and educator. Through her work, she introduces people to the concept of health-supportive food and how to use it as a tool for health and healing. Her integrative and realistic approach to health and diet challenges has helped many individuals to make sustainable nourishing food choices.
Ruth designs and executes educational programs and workshops. She has extensive experience working in corporate, non-profit and educational settings. Her work includes training health professionals in the art & science of Culinary Translation, teaching nutrition education to school children, and work with individuals and families on food choices and preparation techniques for creating therapeutic, nourishing meals.
Ruth is board certified in Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and received her culinary training from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. She also received professional training in food therapy by world renowned food and nutrition expert Annemarie Colbin. She has also pursued continuing education courses in Food & Cancer at University of Arizona and Plant-based Nutrition at Cornell University.
Ruth earned her BS from Florida International University and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
