Coming March 2017 our very own on farm Circle C Farm Abattoir (Slaughterhouse) and Butcher Shop will open.
We are the only farm in the State of Florida to have both Red (Beef, Pork, Goat, Sheep/Lamb) and White (Chicken, Turkey, Duck) Meat Abattoir / Slaughterhouse on our farm.
March 2017 CUSTOM Harvesting Abattoir (Slaughter Services) and Butcher Services will be available.
Wild Hog/ Boar and Deer CUSTOM Harvesting Abattoir (Slaughter Services) and Butcher Services will be available. All game must arrive at a temp of no more than 44*F for food safety purposes.
April 2017 USDA Inspected Harvesting Abattoir (Slaughter Services) and Butcher Services will be available. Animals harvested under Federal Inspection / with a USDA Inspector on our farm.
COST: Basic breakdown:
Harvest (Kill) Fee: Beef $125 & Pork, Goat, Sheep/Lamb $75
Dressed Weight $1.49 / pound flat amount of total carcass.
Sausages: $1.63 / pound - Loose or Linked - Your choice of custom spice mixes.
Min 15 pounds / flavor for sausages.
