On August 17, 2017, Circle C Farm was officially awarded its USDA Grant of Federal Inspection, making us the State of Florida’s FIRST and ONLY On Farm USDA Federally Inspected Abattoir and Butcher Shop for both red and white meats, and only 1 of 3 in the USA.
NOW, that is an accomplishment!
We are thrilled that we have done this in a matter of mere months, which is unheard of time frame wise!

We are the only farm in the State of Florida to have both Red (Beef, Pork, Goat, Sheep/Lamb) and White (Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Guinea, Goose) Meat Abattoir (Slaughterhouse) on our farm.
Wild Hog/ Boar and Deer CUSTOM Harvesting Abattoir (Slaughter Services) and Butcher Services will be available. All game must arrive at a temp of no more than 44*F for food safety purposes.
COST: Basic breakdown:
Harvest (Kill) Fee: Beef $125 with butcher services, $250 for Harvest Only & 1/2 or 1/4
Harvest (Kill) Fee: Pork, Goat, Sheep/Lamb $75
Dressed Weight $ .99 / pound flat amount of total carcass. Weight does not include hide/skin, offal, head (unless requested to remain), organ weight. You are not charged for these items.
Sausages: $1.63 / pound - Loose or Linked - Your choice of custom spice mixes.
Min 15 pounds / flavor for sausages. Only Natural Casing used.
Meat Delivery Service Available: Collier, Lee, Hendry & Glades Counties via Circle C Farm Refrigerated Van at Temp. for $50
