You are ordering 4 1/2  Dozen (54 eggs) of our pastured Chicken eggs. Your eggs are packaged in a separate box than your meats when shipped.

Our eggs are NOT WASHED. They last 3-4 months in the refrigerator after being cleaned and refrigerated. Wait 5 days after you clean and refrigerate to hard boil (this allows the shell to separate from the egg easier). Use a mild non scented soap except for Dawn. Do not soak them. Apple Cider vinegar works well, just don't soak. Use a colander and do a light wash and put them in a bowl or container of your liking and refrigerate.

eggs and ribeye steak

I live in Kentucky and to date I have received 15 dozen eggs and ALL 15 DOZEN ARRIVED UNBROKEN. They are delicious. The ribeye steaks were tender and moist with a wonderful flavor. I followed your recommendations on how to cook them. By them way, one steak fed two very hungry adults.

EGGS-CELLENT!

This is not our first order for Circle C Eggs and will not be our last. We love the quality and flavor and plan to buy them again. Definitely worth the extra price of supermarket eggs. We are an AIP diet household and totally trust the farming practices of Circle C. We highly recommend Circle C - not just their pastured eggs.
