Great Pork

Circle C Pork is by far the best I have ever had. Slow smoking a Pork Picnic Shoulder has to be one of my favorite things to do - the whole family loves it.

Healthy pork

This pork shoulder had outstanding flavor and richness. The fat had a sweetness to it. This comes from being pastured. No corn no soy virtually no grains other than what can be found in natural pasture grass. I highly recommend this pork for anyone who is concerned about their health and who likes to eat pork!
