Our ground Alligator meat is a blend of Red meat and White meat.
Keep Frozen at 0 Degree Fahrenheit or less
Remove alligator meat from vacuum package and cover or wrap- Do not thaw product while it's still inside the vacuum seal package.
Thaw under refrigeration that remains the fish temperature at 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or less and use immediately after thawing.
USE within 2 Days of thawing.
Keep raw meat separate from cooked and ready to eat food.
Keep marinated meat in the refrigerator, discard marinade after use.
Meat to be cooked to an internal temperature of 190 Degrees Fahrenheit at it's thickest part.
