How do I get on the Pasture Points Reward Program?
Before you order, make sure you sign up by clicking on the red tab at the bottom right of the page that says Pasture Points Rewards. If you are shopping from your phone, click on the little red purse.
Do you take orders over the phone?
Will will answer any questions you might have and walk you through it, but for security, all orders go through our website.
How do you butcher, package and send the meat?
Our meats are harvested, butchered, cryovaced in approximately 1 lb packages and flash frozen. When ordered, your meat ships frozen, in a recyclable thermal bag with plenty dry ice.
Can I specify how I want my meat packaged or thickness?
We make every effort to keep the butchering process as smooth, with minimal mistakes, so we keep a standard cut and thickness.
If the product is SOLD OUT, can It be put on a waiting list for first priority?
Our system does not support a waiting list. We send out an email every time we harvest, and inventory is updated. Check your email, junk or spam box.
Do you have automatic shipping?
We are working on this. When we get set to roll out that type of availability, we will send an email out to you and let you know.

We CAN NOT change your billing address as it is connected to your credit card and we do not have access to that. Everything is encrypted.

What If I Want To Add To My Order After It Is Purchased?
If You Want To Add To Your Order, It Must Be Done Before Monday Morning Or If Your Box Has Not Been Sealed And Set On The Pallet For Delivery.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
You Must Call Us To Cancel Before The Order Has Been Shipped. If It Has Shipped, There Is No Refund.
How Long Will It Take To Get To Me? Will It Go Ground Or Air?
Ship Time Is Based On The State. We Ship Ups 2 Day Air To Most States And Ups Ground For Close Deliveries. Shipments Go Out Monday And Tuesday. An Email Will Be Sent To You Confirming Shipping Details, Including Whether It Is Coming By Ground Or Air With Tracking Number.
When Do I Get A Tracking Number?
You Get A Tracking Number When Ups Scans Your Package When They Pick It Up From Our Farm In The Late Afternoon. The Information Will Be In Your Shipping Email. Ups Can Deliver As Late As 830 Pm.

UPS Hasn't Sent My Tracking Number?
Be Patient. Ups Picks Up Late In The Day At Our Farm Between 4-6 Pm. Your Tracking Will Only Come When Ups Scans The Box And Not Before. Check Your Spam Or Junk Email.
