 Alligator ribs are versatile with any seasonings, and the ribs are great for smoking or grilling.

Alligator rib meat tends to be on the leaner side, it is not a fatty meat but with their natural diet these ribs have the perfect amount of fat in them to be juicy.

 In Florida alligators get the benefit of a wonderful natural habitat for eating.

 

1 quantity = Approx. 2 1/2 lbs. per package

 

Keep Frozen at 0 Degrees Fahrenheit or less.

Thawing Instructions:

Remove alligator meat from vacuum package and cover or wrap- Do not thaw product while it's still inside the vacuum seal package.

Thaw under refrigeration that remains the fish temperature at 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or less and use immediately after thawing.

USE within 2 Days of thawing.

Cooking Instructions:

Keep raw meat separate from cooked and ready to eat food.

Keep marinated meat in the refrigerator, discard marinade after use.

Meat to be cooked to an internal temperature of 190 Degrees Fahrenheit at it's thickest part.
