Super tender, loaded with flavor. Was able to do a light sear, then finish in the classic style. Fabulous!

Big bone with a lot of marrow, and a lot of tender beef.
It made for the best broth and onion soup I have ever had, plus a wonderful beef soup that was amazing. Super tender meat!!!!
