1 Quantity = approx. 10 LBs of chicken backs, depending on the size of the chicken at the time of harvest will determine the total number of backs shipped to you.

We will ship individual backs, they will be packaged individually.   Bulk quantity does not mean all in one package.

Raw poultry backs are 80%/20% meat/bone ratio.  Meat and bones are known to contain calcium & phosphorus.
