You are ordering based on the total number of pounds that you would like of our amazing pasture raised ground chicken.
Our meats ship frozen, vacuum sealed, in approximately 1 pound packages, from our farm in Felda, Florida in shipping coolers with dry ice.
Your orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on shipping time.
Our All Natural 100% Grassfed Grass Finished Chickens are Non GMO, Soy Free, Corn Free, sustainably and humanely farm raised. Our flock are never given any hormones or antibiotics, and they live on pesticide and chemical free grassy pastures where they hunt, peck, scratch and eat freely day and night.
All of our free range chickens, ducks and turkeys are harvested by hand humanely on our farm in our very own USDA Inspected Abattoir and Butcher Shop.
Please keep in mind that because of their diet and exercise, our birds are leaner than commercial birds. When cooking them, keep in mind they have less fat.
Our Pasture-Raised meat flavors are naturally enhanced when you cook them LOW and SLOW.
Indirect heat is optimal, but braising, grilling, pan searing or baking will leave you speechless and licking your fingers every time!
