You are ordering based on the total number of pounds of ground lamb that you would like to have.
Scientists haven’t proven it yet (in humans) but Conjugated Linoleic Acid lowers blood cholesterol (in hamsters) - and my own blood cholesterol is down to 130, because (I believe) of the CLA which is highest in lamb. I actually prefer lamb chops, but ground lamb is cheaper. I eat 1/4 lb each day, but no other animal food.

I make the most flavorful Greek lamb burgers with your pastured ground lamb. I grow organic mint and parsley which I add to the lamb with salt pepper and oregano. Slow cooked on the bbq and served on lightly toasted buns with feta cheese and arugala they are delicious!
