Our beef is Pasture Grass Fed Grass Finished Florida Beef that is Non GMO, Soy Free, Corn Free and is Gluten Free sustainably farm raised, grass fed, no hormones, no antibiotics, pesticide free and they enjoy space to run around.
You are ordering by the total number of pounds of steaks that you would like.
Due to the fact that our animal sizes vary a bit, you might end up with a medium sized steak that weighs less than a pound. Should that be the case, we will ensure that the total weight that you receive is what you pay for.
For example, if the steer is a bit smaller that week for harvesting, then you might end up with two approx. 8 oz. steaks instead of one 14-16 oz. steak.
Our steaks are vacuum packed in singles for ease. Typically cut between 3/4" to 1" thick, animal size varies, so that might have an impact on the width of the steak a little.
Our meats ship frozen, vacuum sealed, from our farm in Felda, Florida in shipping coolers with dry ice.
Your orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on shipping time.
