Chef David Lani and Owner Collin Estrem from 7th Avenue Social Restaurant in Naples, FL came out and spent the day visiting Circle C Farm. They played with the broiler chicks, collected eggs, had the piggies snort at them, got to try yucca frita (fried yucca) and walked in the pastures with the donkeys, cows and sheep. It was a great afternoon! We were thrilled to have had them here with us! We appreciate their partnership in our local sustainable farming efforts!
