Our Beef Belly is RAW and sliced, it is NOT cured, sugared, salted or smoked.
So, it is cut into slices so that you can pan fry, grill or flat top stove it - OMG, if you have not experienced something like this before... you are in for a real treat!
Once you have cooked it to the desired doneness, then salt it as desired, not even needed, but it if makes you tingle with a bit of salt, then a dash will do it.
Our beef is typically not as fatty as pork, so while you will get an amazingly tender piece of meat, you won't have the same level of fat, so keep that in mind depending on how you want to use it / eat it. You will get a strip of grass finished heaven!
Your meat to fat ratio will vary from animal to animal, so from package to package you may see some difference, this is nature and is totally natural.
What is beef belly "bacon" and where does it come from?
