These little gems are a healthy delicious addition to any salad, especially our summer salad of choice, Amazingly Delicious Ramen Noodle Salad. I season these up with Himalayan salt, fg blk pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, gr coriander, pinch of cayenne and saute over low heat (4) in a nonstick skillet with a little ghee about 5-6 minutes per side. Turn heat up to Med and brown 2 min per side. Let rest. Serve as is or chop for salads, tacos, etc.
There's no question that Circle C Farm produces the best-tasting chicken I've ever had. The strips are perfect in so many dishes. I use them a lot for casseroles or grilling, and now I hate the thought of buying grocery store chicken! Unfortunately, I can't buy all my chicken from Circle C, but nothing even comes close to the taste. Plus, I'm supporting small farms! It's a win-win when I can place an order.
They are Delicious and it saves us time having to cut them ourselves.
Maybe the first time I purchased just the tenders and I feel I really got my money's worth because there's no waste. I like to make a seasoned flour with Italian herbs and garlic salt and onion salt and you know all that stuff and then mix that in my flour dip all my tenders in it brown them gently and olive oil and then bake them in the convection oven at about 220° for maybe an hour and a half and I love them they turn out great and there's a nice little juicy gravy that goes with it. Glad you all are up and running again from the hurricane. Sorry about all of the damage down there.
Love these for a quick meal. Perfect r top off a salad or in a taco.
Tender and tasty!
