🥩 1/2 of a whole Beef Filet/Tenderloin (5 Steaks) - all tenderloin steaks will NOT be “Center Cuts.”

🥩 4 Ribeye Steaks - Bone OUT, cut 1 to 1 ¼” thick

🥩 4 NY Strip Steaks - Bone OUT, cut 1 to 1 ¼” thick

🥩 4 Sirloin Steaks - Bone OUT, cut 1 to 1 ¼” thick

🥩 1 Beef Roasts – Bone OUT, 4-5 pounds

🥩 5 Osso Bucco Steaks - Bone IN, cut 1 to 1 ¼” thick

🥩 5 Stew Meat - 5 x 1 pound’s packages, cubes are approx. 1 to 1 ½ inch each

🥩 1 Flank Steak – 1 whole flank steak per package

🥩 1 INSIDE Skirt Steak - 1 whole skirt steak per package

🥩 15 Pounds Ground Beef – 1 Pound Packages x 15 packages, your choice of 90/10, 80/20, or 70/30. *In the NOTES SECTION at checkout specify which ONE of the ground beefs you would like or what combination you want totaling 15 pounds.

🥩 1 Beef Liver – 1 pound total, cut in approx. ¼” thick slices

🥩 1 Brisket – approximately 2-2 ½ pounds

🥩 15-20 Pounds Beef Bones – These are the mixed bones from the carcass, packaged in approx 2-4 lb packages, weight varies based on bone shape. They are a combination of cuts - the packages are a mix and are random from the butchering/breakdown of that carcass. Bone types include straight shaft marrow bones, knuckle bones, rib bones, neck bones, etc. They are RANDOM and bagged randomly as we are butchering, we will not/separate them out into different types for packaging.

These sides of beef are not refundable and not returnable.

We strongly encourage you to try our beef before you make the investment in a larger /bulk quantity of our beef.  It's wonderful, we know it, but just want to make sure that your palette and our beef is a great match.  Our grasses are sweet and protein rich, providing for great tasting beef.  Everyone's preference is a little different, just want to make sure.
